As we step into 2026, our hearts (and sap buckets) are full. Corey’s Sugar Shack is a family-run sugar bush nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley, and thanks to you, this past holiday season was our busiest—and most joyful—yet. We’re endlessly grateful for every order placed, every gift shared, and every tradition you trusted us to be a part of.

 

From pure NYS maple syrup to BBQ favorites like our beloved garlic maple seasoning, everything we make is rooted in simple ingredients, hard work, and a whole lot of love. Whether you’re visiting us in person or enjoying our syrup at home, you’re part of the Corey’s family—and we truly mean that.

 

We can’t wait to welcome you back this March for Maple Weekends! Come visit the sugar shack, see the maple syrup–making process firsthand, taste syrup straight from the source, and celebrate the season with us. It’s one of our favorite times of year, and we’d love to share it with you.
